Timo Sandritter, Ph.D.

President, RippleWorx

Dr. Sandritter is an expert in organizational change and leadership. His experience ranges over 20 years in Human Resources, Organizational change and organizational development. His first dissertation focused on post merger integration of employees and associated stress levels while his second dissertation focused on understanding the motivation of employees beyond roles and skills in an organizational context. Dr. Sandritter has been a Consultant to organizations leading them through change such as Warner Media, Volkswagen, and many others.

Larry Lowe, Ph.D.

Chief Scientist

Dr. Lowe has been the PI and contract manager for multiple Phase I, II, and III SBIR/STTR contracts with different DoD and NASA customers. As former VP of Engineering at GATR Technologies, Dr. Lowe led a team of engineers responsible for design, development, test, and certification of a unique inflatable satellite communications antenna. Variations of this product were transitioned through different Phase II and Phase III SBIR contracts to operational units throughout the world. Dr. Lowe’s experience leading product development teams from concept to operational use and his background in Statistical Signal Processing will help guide this team to success.

Tiffany Andras-Myers

Cognitive Resilience Expert

Tiffany has been teaching mindfulness in industry, law enforcement, and one-on-one coaching experiences internationally for the last 8 years. Before joining the RippleWorx team, she founded and led A Mindful Heart as its Executive Director for 6 years. This 501(c)(3) organization was aimed at creating a connection between law enforcement and industry and underserved and under-resourced communities by utilizing paid programs in the former to bring free programming to communities at-risk and in-need.

Darren McAdams

Customer Service Manager

Darren provides leadership to all aspects of SaaS implementation, product support, customer outcome & value delivery, and turning data into high-impact insights. He is driven to have a profound and positive impact on organizations, communities, and people. Comprehensive experience working with executives and senior leaders to transform their business through assessment/diagnosis, change strategy development, execution planning, and success measurement. Experience with mergers/acquisitions, operating model changes, contact centers, centers of excellence, culture change, and enterprise technology implementations.

Brian manages the development needs for SaaS platform built for Performance Acceleration. A product owner who focuses on creating a bridge between customers and development teams. Brian creates and defines system requirements, functional specifications, and manages sprint cycles with a technical lead. Brian has establish game-changing development processes, workflows, and output measurement systems. Partnering with other Executives, Brian delivers internal and external business decision that provide RippleWorx a clear direction and focus.

Kristin Burnett

User Experience Brand Design Manager

A multi-disciplinary designer, Kristin makes a product or service usable, enjoyable, and accessible through the use of her research based collaborative process of discovery. A successful creative, Kristin has worked with some of the top companies in the world; Nike, Converse, Jordan and Hurley. As storyteller at heart, Kristin bring her team along for journeys to develop, create, test and deliver end-to-end product defining audience experiences that align with business initiatives and leadership's goals. Nonlinear thinker and direct communicator.

Drew Bowman

Sr. Architect / Full Stack Developer

Drew Bowman is a software engineer and architect with 8 years of experience creating and architecting mobile and web applications. He has worked extensively with Node and MongoDB to create cross platform mobile apps, and REST APIs for consumption not just by owned application but also for 3rd party applications. Drew started his working career in a range of co-operative and internship positions while studying at Georgia Tech, ranging from projects specifically research labs RNOC (Research Network Operations Center) and GTRI (Georgia Tech Research Institute) to a government contractor named Cobham. Drew graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Highest Honors. Drew has since worked with several companies focused on software for unique customer’s needs: learning software for kids, mobile software for truck drivers, rating software for courier companies, and he has learned how to make software that helps customers do their work, not add more work.
